Financing structure

The package includes construction funding, a tax equity bridge loan, and letters of credit, arranged with BBVA, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and Santander.

Offtake

Aratina 2 is backed by a 15-year power purchase agreement with Southern California Edison. The project is the second phase of the broader Aratina Solar Center, which will total 350 MW of solar and 952 MWh of battery storage once both phases are complete.

Timeline
